Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

- Close deals and ensure all agreements are properly executed.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and provide regular updates to the management team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in roles such as Business Development, Lead generation, sourcing or recruitment, or similar fields.
- A genuine passion for sales and client engagement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the Israel business culture and regulations.
- Familiarity with the IT industry and services.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Fluent level of English.
