System Integration Lead for Wireless Team

We are looking for a talented and experienced Wireless System Integration Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers focused on the integration, validation, and optimization of wireless SoC solutions. This role demands a strong understanding of system-level design, proven leadership skills and understanding in wireless communication protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of system integration engineers, providing technical guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Manage the integration of wireless SoC components, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and firmware engineers, to define integration requirements and address technical challenges.
• Develop and execute test plans, validation strategies, and debugging procedures to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance integration processes and methodologies.
• Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and project updates to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with 3+ years of experience in system integration, with a focus on wireless SoC solutions.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing engineering teams will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of wireless communication protocols (e.g., WiFi, Bluetooth) and system-level design.
• Proficiency in debugging tools, test equipment, and software development environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
