Chief Information Security Officer

We are seeking an experienced CISO to lead the information security division. The role involves managing a team of 14 security professionals across cyber security, fraud prevention, and information security domains. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership capabilities with deep technical expertise in infrastructure application security, policies, procedures and day to day security operations.

Responsibilities:

 Lead and manage key security teams including Financial Crime, Application Security, Cyber Architecture, and SecOps

 Overall responsibility for SOC operations, Incident Response, and crisis management

 Drive information security strategy across infrastructure and applications

 Develop and implement security policies and procedures

 Oversee fraud detection and prevention (internal and external)

 Build and present annual work plans to management and board of directors

 Lead professional security forums

 Manage security budget and vendor relationships

Qualifications

 5+ years of experience as CISO

 10+ years of experience in information security

 Proven track record in managing professional teams

 Deep understanding of both infrastructure and secure development (SDLC)

 Experience in building and presenting work plans to senior management

 Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking

 Excellent team synchronization and management capabilities

 Experience in leading complex security projects

 Ability to work cross the company with teams such as marketing, RnD, Devops

Advantages:
