Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ramat Gan for a Design Manager. The Design Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of designers, overseeing the design process from concept to completion, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Daily tasks include collaborating with project managers and other departments, conducting design reviews, and ensuring adherence to design standards. The Design Manager will also be involved in client meetings, providing creative direction, and mentoring junior designers.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience
• Proficiency in design software and tools
• Strong understanding of design principles and aesthetics
• Experience with project management and meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and across departments
• Relevant experience in the design industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Eng. or related field
