Drive the stability and scalability of our production environment as an SRE Manager. You will shape our release strategies, lead incident response, and ensure our infrastructure evolves to meet the demands of rapid growth.

Your Impact:

• Strategically design and implement technology rollout plans, guaranteeing minimal production impact.
• Lead and mentor an on-call team, ensuring swift and effective incident resolution.
• Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks through advanced monitoring.
• Drive infrastructure modernization and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance.
• Manage and optimize release pipelines, enabling seamless feature delivery.
• Ensure the staging environment provides accurate production simulation.

What You Bring:

• Proven leadership in SRE/DevOps, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
• Expert-level knowledge of Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Bash, Python, AWS, and Argo.
• Deep understanding of system monitoring and incident response best practices.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
• (Preferred) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• (Preferred) familiarity with Agile practices.
• (Advantage) NOC experience.
