Product Desinger

As a Product Designer at Noma Security, you will be the first design hire, leading the creation and evolution of our design system from scratch as an individual contributor. You will have full ownership of the design strategy, processes, and execution, shaping the user experience of our Data & AI Lifecycle Security platform. Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders, you will drive innovation and establish a strong design foundation for our B2B enterprise products.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer in B2B enterprise products.
• Proven experience in building or significantly contributing to a design system from scratch.
• Strong understanding of user-centered and data-driven design methodologies.
• High proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and system management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Big advantage: Experience working with enterprise customers and designing for complex B2B platforms.
