Job Title: WASH in HCF Engineer

Location: Kabul

Duration: Till 31st December 2025

Minimum Qualification & Experience

• Education: Bachelors degree in civil engineering or architecture.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in construction projects.
  

Technical Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software (e.g., Civil 3D, Revit).
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and design standards.
  
  

Design Skills

• Ability to create detailed construction drawings and specifications.
  
  

Communication

• The applicant must possess proficiency in English, both in reading and writing, in addition to fluency in the local languages (Pashto and Dari).
  
  

Job Requirements

Tasks to be Performed:

• Assessment of WASH in healthcare facility projects
• Preparation and review the design and BoQ of water supply and wastewater management facilities prepared for the schools and Health Centers.
• Preparation and review the design and BoQ of water supply and wastewater management facilities prepared for the schools and health centers.
• Conducting a regular monitoring visits to the ongoing WASH in HCFs projects
• Any other duty requested by UNICEF relevant to the mentioned position and program.
