Quality Assurance Manager JB-4066

The role includes:

• Managing the company's quality policy in development and design, in the procurement, production and integration processes
• Complying with quality standards, customer requirements, regulation and international standards
• Managing the quality assurance team and QMS in the field of quality
• Managing quality control and authorization processes, in the company's production and assembly processes and with the QMS
• Managing quality in installations, support and maintenance contracts
• Writing and implementing procedures in the company and promoting employee awareness of quality
• Leading surveys and internal audits and external on quality, occupational safety and health and environmental protection
• Management of improvement and efficiency processes in the company
• Leading fault investigations, handling findings and exceptions in inspections and preventing their recurrence
• Measurement and control of occupational safety and health hazards, and environmental protection in the company

Requirements:

• Academic education in the fields of engineering/quality
• At least 7 years of experience in managing and leading quality in a company
• High level of English
• Experience in the fields of the defense industry, in the development and production of multidisciplinary systems (in the fields of software, electronics, mechanics)
• Ability to manage a team and work with multiple interfaces, including senior levels
• Ability to write documents and procedures, submit tenders and provide quotes
• Ability to train and implement work and quality procedures
• Proficiency in ISO 9001, ISO 90003, ISO 45001, ISO 14001
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and AS9100 standards - advantage
• ICQE/ICQM certification - advantage
• Safety Trustee approval - advantage
