Project Coordinator (Temp)

For one of our clients, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support cross-functional projects and operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, coordinating between global and local teams, and ensuring smooth execution of key business activities.

• Product Launch Coordination – Act as the focal point between local and global teams to align product launch activities, track progress, and ensure execution.
• NHB Submission & Stakeholder Engagement – Manage NHB (National Health Basket) submission files, coordinate meetings with key stakeholders (Kupot, MoH, KOLs), and follow up on action items.
• Operations & Pricing Support – Assist in preparing and submitting business cases, updating pricing systems, and securing approvals.
• Disease Awareness Campaigns – Work with Brand Managers and the company's PR to create and manage campaigns.
• General Coordination & Administration – Facilitate cross-team collaboration, maintain project timelines, and ensure key operational tasks are completed efficiently.

• Academic degree (BA at minimum)
• Experience in project coordination / Office management / Senior PA roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work with global teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Computer literacy; proficiency in Excel
• Professional command of English and Hebrew
