Growth Marketing Team Lead (PPC)

We’re seeking a PPC team lead to join the Growth department of a fast-growing B2C company whose website sees over 80 million visitors per month. Located in central Tel Aviv, this role operates on a hybrid basis of 3 days per week in office. Benefits include monthly bonuses and restricted stock options.

Responsibilities:

• Define and develop user acquisition strategy
• Manage display channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc) to scale performance
• Identify emergent trends in the field to inform strategies to target new users (new platforms, tools, features, etc)
• Working alongside business intelligence and retention teams to establish an effective way to test and monitor performance and efficiency of paid channels
  
  

• Minimum 3 years of leadership and management experience.
