Architect - project management in the field of planning JB-4108

A leading real estate development company is looking for a Project Manager

Manage the planning, licensing and execution processes for residential projects (saturation construction)

Lead and guide the planning teams and authorities in the project.

Responsibility for advancing the project from the initial initiation stages, through planning, licensing and execution to

the occupancy form.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Building Engineering.

• At least two years of experience in residential planning and licensing procedures or in project management.

• Experience in planning coordination.

• Software: REVIT, Autocad - mandatory

• BIM software - an advantage

• Ability to manage tasks independently, work in a team, have a great mind and excellent human relations.

• Assertiveness and the ability to drive processes.
