Digital Marketing & Growth Manager | From Strategy to Hands-On (Estimated at ~50% Position / Also Open for משרה מלאה)
We are a tech startup in the AgTech industry, operating in the U.S. market, developing, selling, and managing advanced digital solutions for greenhouse management optimization. Our products help large-scale greenhouse owners, farmers, and distributors improve workflows, enhance yields, and make data-driven decisions.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Manager—someone who can build a marketing infrastructure from scratch, establish a lead-generation system, and run highly targeted and measurable campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone with experience leading end-to-end marketing processes in early-stage startups targeting the U.S. market, who is ready to start small, optimize continuously, and scale budgets significantly based on performance.
🔹 Build, Execute, and Scale – Your Responsibilities✅ Define and implement a marketing & growth strategy
- Develop a structured digital marketing strategy, aligned with sales and revenue goals.
- Build an effective Lead Generation model, focusing on lead quality over quantity.
- Set clear KPIs, tracking systems, and continuous testing & optimization methods.
- Holistic approach: managing paid advertising, organic lead pipeline, performance-driven content marketing, and marketing automation.
✅ Execute and manage lead generation campaigns
- Full ownership of paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta).
- Precise audience targeting, focused on generating high-quality leads from:
- 10,000-30,000 greenhouse owners in the U.S.
- 100-400 distributors, integrators, and business partners
- 3,000 industry influencers and key opinion leaders
- Budget management with the potential for significant increases based on performance.
- Data analysis, A/B testing, and continuous optimization to maximize ROI.
✅ Strengthen content, SEO, and SMM
- Improve and optimize the company website & SEO (Hands-On or with an external expert).
- Manage the company’s digital presence on social media (LinkedIn, Meta, X).
- Plan and execute email campaigns, marketing automation, and customer journeys.
✅ CRM, data, and marketing automation management
- Build a lead database from scratch, ensuring data accuracy and sales readiness.
- Implement and optimize lead management and automation tools.
✅ Demand generation and industry engagement
- Lead webinars, digital seminars, and online events to drive demand.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure a seamless transition from marketing to sales.

🔹 Must-Have Requirements 🔹
✅ Proven experience in leading end-to-end marketing processes—from strategy to hands-on execution.
✅ Significant hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid campaigns, and lead generation.
✅ Experience working with the U.S. market – a must!
✅ Supplier management—knowing when to outsource cost-effectively.
✅ Deep expertise in paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta).
✅ Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and growth hacking.
✅ Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
✅ Excellent English skills (writing, reading, and content management).
✅ Strong analytical skills—using data to make performance-driven decisions.
