Job Description:

Conduct basic hardware and software verification and validation (V&V) for products in the development phase.
Provide engineering support for production and quality-related issues on manufacturing lines for both existing and new products, including the approval of alternative components.
Assemble prototypes for product development, design and maintain test fixtures as required.
Lead certification testing processes (EMC & Safety) for products to ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Job Requirements:

Electronics Practical Engineer with strong hands-on experience – mandatory
Minimum 5 years of engineering experience; experience in the medical device industry is an advantage
Knowledge of multi-disciplinary products
Understanding of manufacturing processes
Proficiency in using test and measurement equipment – mandatory
Basic to intermediate knowledge of analog electronics, digital circuits, power electronics, and software – mandatory
Familiarity with medical device regulations in manufacturing – an advantage
Experience with OrCAD software – an advantage
Military experience in component level assembly and fine soldering – an advantage
