Backend Engineer

You'll work on challenging and rewarding projects, collaborating with product managers to deliver innovative solutions that help marketers create impactful content.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the backend architecture for a rapidly growing SaaS product.
• Collaborate with product managers to define and implement new features, addressing technical challenges and ensuring market fit.
• Build robust APIs and background services using Ruby and Python, integrating with external platforms, scraping and analyzing web content, and connecting with internal machine learning services.
• Ensure high system availability and minimal errors.
  
  

• 4+ years of experience building and maintaining web applications in a production environment.
• 2+ years of experience with Ruby, Python, or Node.js in a Linux environment.
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable web architectures.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering value.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with cloud services.
• Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Frontend skills (a plus).
