About the Role:

We are looking for an innovative and results-driven Head of Product to lead the vision, development, and execution of our trading products. This role involves managing the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—ensuring our offerings remain at the forefront of the financial markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trading/finance, strategic thinking, and leadership experience in managing product teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy & roadmap based on market trends and user needs.
• Lead product development from ideation to launch, ensuring seamless execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, compliance) to align product goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize products to enhance engagement.
• Manage and mentor the product team, fostering innovation and operational excellence.
• Stay ahead of market trends, identifying new opportunities and competitive advantages.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience leading product managers.
• Proven experience in trading/finance — a must!
• Experience in Agile environments and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English—outstanding verbal and written communication.
