About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Art Director to lead the visual aspects of our brand. This role includes responsibility for graphic concepts, user experience design, maintaining a cohesive visual language across digital and marketing assets, and managing a design team. Responsibilities:

• Develop and design creative concepts for digital and marketing assets, including websites, landing pages, campaigns, social media, reports, and more.
• Lead innovative graphic concepts and visual strategy to enhance the company’s branding and market positioning.
• Manage and mentor a design team, ensuring professional growth and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to craft compelling messages tailored to different audiences.
• Ensure consistent branding across all company platforms and materials.
• Adapt designs for multiple media formats (print, digital, video).

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Graphic Designer, with a strong background in digital marketing design.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Proven experience in marketing campaigns and social media design.
• Previous experience leading creative and design teams - a must!
• UX/UI design experience - advantage.
• Experience in the trading/finance industry - advantage.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A creative mindset with a passion for innovative design solutions.
