Lead Business Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Business Analyst with proven expertise in analyzing and optimizing business processes, systems, and operations to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business needs, gather requirements, and define project objectives.
• Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics
• Conduct data analysis to derive insights, track performance, and support decision-making.
• Analyze and document current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate presentations to communicate findings and progress with stakeholders at all levels.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve business analysis methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks, KPI’s tracking, methodologies, and tools
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to propose creative solutions to business challenges.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry-specific tools, systems, or applications is a plus.
