Salesforce Implementer

We are looking for a Salesforce Implementer with at least two years of experience to lead implementation, customization, and adoption of Salesforce solutions. .

• 2+ years of Salesforce implementation experience – configuration, objects, fields, workflows & reports.
• Familiarity with core Salesforce modules – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
• Experience with Flow Builder – automation and process design.
• Strong business understanding – translating requirements into system solutions.
• Experience in writing technical and business requirement documents.
• Knowledge of SOQL & SOSL – a plus.
• Experience with integration tools – REST API, Data Loader, MuleSoft (advantage).
• Experience in large/global organizations – a plus.
• Independent, proactive, and strong interpersonal skills.
• High-level English – reading, writing, and speaking.
