At CAF Signalling, we design, develop, and implement cutting-edge rail signaling systems, and we're looking for a Signaling Installation Manager to lead installation activities from planning to execution, ensuring high-quality and safe installations.

Location 📍: Jerusalem for training. Later, Tel Aviv

Responsibilities:

✔ Plan and oversee the installation of railway signaling systems, coordinating both in-house teams and subcontractors.

✔ Ensure smooth operations by managing materials, tools, and personnel for on-time project execution.

✔ Verify installation quality according to technical manuals, diagrams, and customer regulations.

✔ Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the field, ensuring proper system functionality and safety compliance.

✔ Document and report all installation activities, ensuring accurate records in the project documentation system.

✔ Coordinate technical adjustments with the project team, ensuring modifications are correctly implemented.

Requiered Skills:

✔ 5+ years of experience in railway signaling installation.

✔ Strong leadership skills to manage teams and field operations.

✔ Technical expertise in rail signaling systems, electrical installation, and commissioning processes.

✔ Deep understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.

✔ English proficiency (spoken & written).
