Looking for a Charedi Partner to Help Run & Grow a Developer Boot Camp (Profit Share)

I am launching a developer boot camp to help young Charedi men gain real programming skills and enter the job market. I will handle the teaching and technical side, but I need a business-minded partner to take charge of marketing, student recruitment, business development, and operations.

I am looking for a Charedi partner who:

✔ Understands the Charedi community and knows how to reach and attract students

✔ Has business development skills to create partnerships, secure funding, and grow the program

✔ Is experienced in marketing and advertising (social media, networking, outreach)

✔ Is organized and can manage administrative tasks like registrations, scheduling, and student communication

✔ Wants to help young people succeed while building a sustainable business

🔹 Marketing & Outreach – Promote the boot camp through social media, word of mouth, and community connections

🔹 Business Development – Build relationships with organizations, secure funding, and create growth opportunities

🔹 Student Recruitment – Attract and enroll young Charedi men interested in tech careers

🔹 Operations & Admin – Handle enrollments, student support, scheduling, and day-to-day logistics
