🚀 We're Hiring: Tech Platform Lead – Contact Center Solutions

Are you passionate about leading and optimizing technology platforms in the contact center domain? We’re looking for a strong leader to drive innovation, streamline operations, and enhance customer experience through cutting-edge technology.

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Lead and manage technology platforms in the contact center space.

🔹 Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including tech vendors and development teams.

🔹 Optimize and enhance technological processes to improve both customer experience and operational efficiency.

🔹 Drive cross-organizational projects, ensuring high-quality delivery while removing obstacles and supporting the team.

🔹 Promote new feature adoption, adding value through technology-driven initiatives.

🔹 Maintain an updated backlog, ensuring the team is well-prepared with tasks ahead.

What You Bring:

✔ 3-5 years of experience managing technology projects, with expertise in contact center solutions – MUST.

✔ Background in development or system analysis – an advantage.

✔ Deep hands-on experience with IVR, ACD, CRM, telephony platforms, and related contact center technologies.

✔ Strong understanding of service & sales technology processes within call centers.

✔ Excellent ability to engage, drive, and motivate teams and stakeholders.

✔ Experience in leading projects independently, setting priorities, and working with Agile methodologies.

✔ Proven experience working with external technology vendors.

✔ High technical orientation, strong system-wide vision, and the ability to work under pressure with quick learning capabilities.
