- Oversee the transfer of products from development to manufacturing, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
- Implement new manufacturing processes and establish clear workflows to support production requirements.
- Continuously improve existing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate new technologies into production to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to processes, procedures, and production guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical , Food , Biotechnology ,or a related field).
- 3+ years of experience in NPI, manufacturing, or process engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
