As our Senior Technical Recruiter, you’ll leverage your expertise and network to attract, engage, and hire senior-level technical professionals efficiently. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to significantly impact our team growth and success.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, specifically targeting senior technical roles.
• Identify and attract highly-qualified candidates through various sourcing strategies.
• Conduct in-depth screening and interviews to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability.
• Work closely with our clients to understand hiring needs.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR Recruitment tools: LinkedIn, Social Media.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the software industry.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and industry trends.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and clients.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, and recruitment software (comeet).
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with our clients.
