• 3 years of experience in CRM systems analysis within a complex, multi-process environment.
• Relevant academic degree.
• Experience in defining user requirements and business needs, as well as analyzing business processes.
• Proven ability to write functional and technical specifications.
• Experience in analyzing and designing solutions for CRM Dynamics 365 cloud-based systems.
• Hands-on experience working with development and QA teams.
• Experience leading processes with clients, including professional guidance, integrations, and task tracking.
• Experience working with databases and writing SQL queries – an advantage.
• Experience in the investment industry – an advantage.
• Strong teamwork and self-management skills, with a high level of service orientation and the ability to work with senior management.
• Experience in pension and provident funds – a significant advantage.
