We're looking for a Tech Lead who thrives on solving complex performance challenges, leading development initiatives, and guiding both backend and frontend development efforts. This role goes beyond coding

As a Tech Lead, You Will Be Responsible For

• Setting the technical vision for projects and drive architectural decisions.
• Mentoring and supporting developers, promoting best practices and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Innovating & Problem-Solving: Explore new technologies, evaluate existing solutions, and drive continuous improvement in our tech stack.
• Boosting Application Performance: Improve response times by optimizing queries, designing efficient APIs, and refining frontend interactions.
• Designing Efficient Data Models:Create and optimize database structures and queries to ensure performance and scalability.
• Accelerating Development:Identify inefficiencies, introduce better tools, and refine workflows to enhance team productivity.
• Refactoring & Improving Codebase: Modernize code, enhance maintainability, and implement engineering best practices.
• Cross-Team Collaborating: Partner with product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
  
  

Do What You Love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Hold a B.Sc. in Computer Science or possess equivalent experience.
• Have 7+ years of Full-Stack Development experience
• Demonstrate good backend development skills using Python, including designing and building scalable, maintainable applications.
• Have expertise with SQL databases and writing efficient queries.
• Show proficiency in designing data models and addressing performance bottlenecks.
• Be experienced with Vue.js or other modern frontend frameworks.
• Exhibit leadership qualities, including strategic thinking, team mentorship, and effective communication.
