Event Marketing Manager

As an Events Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the entire event lifecycle, from planning and execution to post-event analysis. You will oversee CloudZone’s local and global events, including company-hosted events, industry partnerships, and participation in global summits, ensuring that every event drives demand, strengthens brand presence, and generates high-quality leads.

This position is part of our Demand Generation team and will report to the Head of Marketing.

What you will do:

• Plan, manage, and execute CloudZone’s owned and third-party industry events.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of events, including planning, logistics, execution, and post-event reporting.
• Maintain and manage the event calendar, ensuring events are strategically scheduled and resources are allocated effectively.
• Handle all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, branding, registration, and on-site execution.
• Ensure a seamless attendee experience, managing event flow and troubleshooting any issues during execution.
• Develop event content, including agendas, speaker materials, briefing documents, and post-event communications.
• Drive event promotion and audience acquisition, working with the rest of the marketing team to increase attendance through email campaigns, social media, and partnerships.
• Track and analyze event performance, measuring attendance, engagement, and lead conversion to optimize future events.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and post-event follow-up strategies.
• Travel as needed to oversee event execution and ensure a high-quality on-site experience.

What you will bring:

• 4+ years of experience in event marketing or event management, specifically in the B2B tech industry - Must-have.
• Proven experience managing the full event lifecycle, from planning and logistics to execution and post-event reporting - Must-have.
• Demonstrated success in generating MQLs and pipeline contribution through event-driven demand generation, with the ability to measure event impact on the sales pipeline - Must-have.
• Hands-on experience in vendor coordination, event logistics, and audience engagement - Must-have.
• Proven organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple events simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Experience in content creation, including developing event agendas, speaker presentations, and promotional materials - Must-have.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams, speakers, and external partners.
• High-level English, both written and spoken - Must-have.
• Flexibility to travel internationally for events - Must-have.
