Performance Marketing Lead

Description

As a Performance Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for driving the company's paid digital marketing strategy, optimizing campaign performance, and achieving profitable growth across various digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Performance Marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and other paid media channels.
• Plan, create, and manage creative assets tailored for different audiences.
• Conduct ongoing data analysis and campaign optimization to improve ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
• Work closely with the creative, content, and data teams to develop high-performing marketing campaigns.
• Run A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.
• Research market trends and identify new opportunities for digital growth.
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure cost-efficient scaling.
• Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, GTM, and custom dashboards to monitor performance.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role with a focus on PPC and Performance Marketing.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Experience managing international campaigns in global markets.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Creativity, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English - a must.
