Technical Product Lead

Sett is looking for a Technical Product Lead to join our agile, cross-functional team. If you're someone who loves taking ownership, enjoys diving into data, and isn't afraid of rolling up your sleeves to write some code when needed - this might be your perfect role. You will directly report to our Co-Founder & CTO.

What You'll Do:

• Lead product initiatives from concept through execution
• Analyze data to inform product decisions
• Write basic code to validate product feasibility
• Work directly with customers to understand needs and deliver results
• Manage KPIs and ensure projects stay on track
• Collaborate closely with a small, dynamic team

Who You Are:

• Experienced with B2B products
• Driven, proactive, and ready to take on challenges
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Equipped with strong analytical and technical skills
• Great communicator, able to manage both technical and client-facing responsibilities
• Love tech, and interested in AI. You use ChatGPT / other AI products on a near-daily basis.
