System Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a System Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our SAP system while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. This role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• :Implement and configure SAP and ERP systems according to business requirements
• .Manage and maintain master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
• .Validate and audit data to maintain consistency across modules
• .Collaborate with supply chain, finance, procurement, and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration
• .Provide technical support and training to end-users for SAP-related issues
• .Analyze system performance, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements
• .Document implementation processes and maintain clear system guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/M3 – advantage).
• 3-5 years of experience in system implementation, analysis, and design (experience in manufacturing/retail – advantage).
• Strong SQL skills – mandatory.
• Solid understanding of business processes and IT systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High-level proficiency in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
