Arpeely is a Data-Science startup, leveraging data analysis, ML, engineering, and multi-disciplinary thinking to gain a market edge and exploit hidden opportunities in real-time advertising. Processing over 1,000,000 requests per second and serving over 20B sub-second predictions daily, we build and operate Machine Learning algorithms running on the world’s largest Real-time-bidding (RTB) Ad-Exchanges.

We are looking for a Data Analytics Team Leader to join and lead our Data Group.

What You'll Do

• Lead & Mentor: Guide and develop a team of skilled data analysts, ensuring their alignment with company objectives and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Collaborate Strategically: Work cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to drive impactful decisions through data insights, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
• Hands-On Expertise: Stay hands-on with advanced analytics and data interpretation while setting strategic priorities for the team.
• Optimize & Innovate: Identify root causes, solve complex business problems, and implement automated solutions to streamline processes and optimize performance.
• Drive Real-Time Impact: Ensure your team’s analyses directly shape critical KPIs and adapt to real-time changes in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of data professionals, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• SQL Expertise: 5+ years of advanced SQL skills for querying and analyzing large, complex datasets (BigQuery experience is a plus).
• Data Analysis & Python: Strong data analysis capabilities and proficiency in Python for advanced analytics and automation.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to define priorities, solve problems, and implement actionable solutions in a dynamic environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to clearly articulate insights and foster collaboration across teams.
• Self-Starter: Highly independent, motivated, and results-oriented, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
