As PMO, you will own the delivery of the company's largest project, with high accountability and the opportunity to make a significant impact on one of the company's major growth drivers. The PMO is a member of the Project’s leadership team, reporting to the VP of Program Management.

Responsibilities:

• Own project execution end-to-end, from identifying value and setting goals to stakeholder buy-in and process enforcement
• Manage daily activities, define work methodologies, assign tasks and ensure their completion
• Lead planning processes; Control schedules and quality to ensure delivery in accordance with planning
• Proactively identify and manage potential risks
• Act as a point of contact for customer concerns and needs
• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
• Ensure client needs are well understood, planned, and translated into the delivery pipeline
• Introduce and implement Project Management methodologies and best practices
  
  

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Information Science, Information Technology Management, Industrial Engineering or similar
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with B2B companies and Enterprise organizations
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies with a track record of implementation in 2 organizations or more
• Expertise in JIRA, both as a user and implementer
• Experience in Fintech and Banking Environment (advantage)
• PMP certification (advantage)
