AI Architect - GenAI Group

WSC Sports, the pioneer in AI-powered sports content technology, empowers their clients world-wide to connect with their fans through AI-tailored sports content experiences. WSC Sports’ platform automates the creation, management and distribution of content, enabling sports rights holders to expand reach, grow fan bases, and unlock revenue opportunities across digital platforms.

WSC Sports is looking for an AI Architect to join our team in researching and developing our cutting-edge, content generation-driven infrastructure and engine. If you are passionate about state-of-the-art NLP, Compute Vision and Generative AI research - we are looking for you!

What you’ll do:

• Lead the architecture design and implementation of our Large Sports Model
• Guide and Mentor engineers from our GenAI Teams
• Implement significant components of the architecture hands-on independently
• Lead the integration of new components into our system
• AI/ML Integration: Work with data scientists and engineers to integrate machine learning models into software systems.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders, including product managers, data scientists, and engineers, to align technical strategy with business objectives.
• Scalability & Performance: Ensure system designs can handle large-scale data processing and high availability.
• Participate in the technical evaluation of other companies for potential partnerships
  
  

• M.Sc/PhD in Computer Science/Engineering from a well-known university
• 7+ years of experience in a similar role with proven record of delivered AI/GenAI architecture that works in production at scale
• Experience with NLP/LLM/Video Generation
• Knowledge of MLOps and AI model lifecycle management
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Hands on experience and not only consultant
• Great interpersonal skills as well as ability to promote initiatives in the organization
