Position Overview:

We are looking for a Middle Office Specialist to join our Risk Management Department in our Raanana office. In this full-time role, you will play a key role in operational and administrative support, working closely with various departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor and manage financial trading data and reporting
• Handle documentation related to compliance and credit card disputes
• Assist with internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to integrate compliance into company processes
• Manage and update trading system data
• Process and verify client payments
• Provide internal operational support for employees and managers
• Perform quality control checks and process monitoring.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar Middle Office / Risk Management role – Mandatory
• Experience in financial markets, proprietary trading, or capital markets – Mandatory
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a data-driven, technology-focused environment
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and process-driven
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
