Key Responsibilities:

As CTO, you will:

• Define and execute Flarion’s technological vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Lead, mentor, and scale a world-class Low-level engineering team, fostering innovation and excellence.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced distributed data systems and low-level software.
• Make critical architectural and technology decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with other executives to shape the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
• Foster a culture of engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and bold innovation

Requirements:

We’re looking for a technical leader with:

• Extensive experience in low-level systems programming, with expertise in Rust, C++, or C.
• Deep understanding of system architecture, memory management, and concurrency.
• Proven track record of building and scaling performance-critical systems and distributed data infrastructure.
