We are looking for an Help desk Specialist to join our IT department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and maintain Laptops, desktops, printers and others IT equipment.
- Providing support for end users.
- Diagnosing and fixing Windows issues, login issues, connectivity problems and others daily routing issues.
- Take ownership of patching and upgrade of end users' equipment.
- Take ownership for Onboarding and Offboarding users.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-4 years of experience as an IT Specialist.
Good hardware knowledge of Laptops, desktop, etc.-must
Good knowledge of Windows OS(10,11)-must, Windows servers- advantage.
Knowledge with Image creation for desktops and laptops.
Good knowledge working with AD, Exchange and O365.
Experience with Anti-Virus, EDR and other security products.
Experience with FW- advantage.
Experience with Virtualizing systems- advantage.
Knowledge of Priority ERP- advantage.
