As a Security Team Lead, you will oversee the architecture, operation, and security of our datacenter and cloud network infrastructure. Leading a team of skilled engineers, you will ensure high availability, performance, and security across global networks while driving process improvements and technology adoption.

How will you make an impact?

Network Architecture & Operations

• Oversee datacenter and cloud networking, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Manage WAN connectivity, including ISP relationships, BGP peering, and private connections.
• Lead LAN, wireless, and remote access operations across global branches.
• Implement network monitoring for performance optimization and issue detection.
  
  

Security & Compliance

• Design and enforce network security policies following zero-trust principles.
• Manage firewalls (FortiGate, optionally Palo Alto) and SASE solutions for secure cloud access.
• Oversee threat detection, vulnerability management, and security monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with industry security standards and best practices.
  
  

Process Optimization & Innovation

• Standardize and automate network management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies for continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute network upgrades and cloud migrations.
  
  

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor a team of network and security engineers, fostering growth and excellence.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align network and security strategies with business goals.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on network and security initiatives.
  
  

Have you got what it takes?

• 7+ years of experience managing critical network infrastructure in a 24/7 production environment.
• Hands-on expertise with Juniper, Cisco, Arista, and F5 load balancers.
• Strong network security background, including firewall management (FortiGate, optionally Palo Alto).
• Proven cloud networking experience (AWS, Azure) and on-prem to cloud integration.
• Deep understanding of BGP, OSPF, and private IP connections for traffic optimization.
• Expertise in SASE solutions for secure remote access and cloud security.
• Experience implementing IaC methodologies to standardize and automate network management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with network monitoring technologies.
• Leadership experience, managing and mentoring network and security teams.
