Consultant and Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced engineer with at least 3 years of experience in managing complex projects in logistics and supply chain management to join our team!

Job Description: Join a top-tier consulting firm and be part of a wide range of challenging and complex projects! The role involves managing projects ranging from strategic consulting, process diagnosis and mapping in the supply chain, to planning logistics centers and functional factories based on advanced automated systems.

The position combines fieldwork with strategic engineering consulting and planning for leading organizations both in Israel and abroad.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing complex projects – significant advantage.
• Strong skills in data analysis and deriving conclusions, with an advantage for experience in tools like Power BI / Qlik Sense.
• Experience/knowledge in drafting with CAD / Revit software – significant advantage.
• Experience in functional planning of warehouses, distribution centers, and factories.
• Ability to map processes and prepare functional specifications for structures, including detailed planning.
• Excellent proficiency in Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proactivity, high self-confidence, negotiation skills, charisma, and high analytical thinking ability.
• Native-level English – managing relationships with clients and suppliers in Israel and abroad.
