Revenue Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue tracking to support data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor ARR/MRR growth, renewal rates, and expansion revenue trends to drive retention and upsell strategies.
• Build predictive revenue models for leadership and finance teams, improving visibility and planning.
• Ensure full-funnel analytics, covering acquisition, pipeline progression, and customer retention.
• Partner with finance to refine revenue modeling, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Improve sales funnel performance and handoff processes by aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Deliver data-driven insights on sales performance, win/loss trends, and pipeline health.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations within a B2B environment, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to revenue growth.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and revenue forecasting.
• Experience with CRM systems, financial tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Gong, Excel).
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
