Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Petah Tikva for a Recruiter at Milgam Ltd. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the company. Additionally, the Recruiter will be involved in conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
• Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
• Strong research skills, sourcing experience boards/social media etc

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with hiring

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
