The company was founded in 1967 by DR. Eng Jacob Karban.

The company specializes in various civil engineering fields, including industrial, public, office, commercial, residential buildings, marine structures, bridges, and infrastructures. 

We employ a team of 16 Engineers and practical Engineers with over 20 years of expertise.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to take a lead role in the design and analysis of complex structural systems, with a focus on concrete, steel, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in structural design and be proficient in the use of advanced structural design software.

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in leading projects, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise will guide the development of high-quality, safe, and efficient structural designs that meet both client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, analysis, and detailing of complex structural systems, including concrete, steel, and infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee and review structural calculations, designs, and documentation to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (e.g., architecture, MEP) to ensure integrated project solutions.
• Manage project schedules and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Conduct site visits and inspections as required to assess structural conditions and ensure designs are executed correctly.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in structural design technology, codes, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on concrete, steel, and infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in leading and managing structural design projects.
• Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., STAAD, SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, Revit, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design codes and standards (e.g., AISC, ACI, Eurocode).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
