We are looking for a technical support person for MAC computers:

Responsibilities

· Provide first-line IT support to employees, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

· Support a predominantly Mac-based environment (99% Mac, a few Windows users).

· Manage and troubleshoot devices using MDM solutions (Jamf & Workspace ONE).

· Administered and supported Google Workspace and Azure Entra & Microsoft 365 environments.

· Handle identity and access management using Okta (IDP).

· Work with firewalls (Palo Alto) and network infrastructure (Meraki).

· Collaborate with employees across the organization to ensure smooth IT operations.
