• Oversee end-to-end production of the Blockbuster podcast.
• Manage episode uploads across platforms (Spotify, Apple, Google, website).
• Plan content schedules, curate themes, and secure industry thought leaders as guests.
• (Optional) Host the podcast with energy and engagement.
• Track analytics to optimize audience growth.
• Ensure high-quality production by coordinating with audio engineers.
• Develop promotional strategies and research industry trends.

• Implement a social media strategy across Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, Reddit.
• Ghostwrite thought leadership content for executives.
• Maintain a content calendar and boost audience engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Engage with the community and manage visual content creation.
• Run paid social campaigns to increase visibility.

• Oversee the MarketAcross blog, ensuring industry relevance.
• Develop compelling topics and collaborate with writers.
• Optimize blog content for SEO and analyze performance metrics.
• Edit and proofread for consistency and quality.
• Repurpose content for newsletters and social media.

• Fluent in English, strong writing & communication skills.
• Proven social media strategy experience.
• Exceptional organization & multitasking ability.

• Knowledge of Web3, blockchain, crypto.
