As our Director of Marketing, you will own and manage qbiq’s entire marketing operations. This includes Brand, Growth and Product Marketing initiatives. This role is equivalent to a CMO in terms of first-hand responsibility of the entire marketing team, channels and operations. If you are a full-stack marketer, with a hands-on approach, creative mind, data-driven, innovative, and passionate about scaling businesses through measurable results, this role is your opportunity to make a tangible impact.

Your Role:

• Manage all Brand activities including: Social Media, PR, Events, Content creation, Websites, Thought Leadership opportunities. 
• Manage all Growth activities including: SEO, Paid promotions, Sales Enablement, Inbound & Outbound funnels, Analytics & Data. 
• Product Marketing: Messaging, communication, product collateral, videos, content, webinars.  

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 8 years of experience in hands-on management of Brand, Growth and Product Marketing initiatives - preferably in the B2B world. 
• English: Mother tongue. 
• Strong grasp of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and marketing automation tools.
• Tech savvy - proficiency in AI, automations, website and more 
• Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies & tactics.
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth through lead generation efforts.
• Ability to think outside the box and adapt strategies in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
