We are looking for a Professional Services Team Lead to lead our professional services team. This role involves managing team members, serving as a technical escalation point, and actively participating in daily operations. Reporting to the VP Of Technologies, the ideal candidate is a highly technical leader with proven management experience, capable of overseeing all operational activities end-to-end.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the professional services team, overseeing programmatic activities and ensuring team growth and well-being.
- Develop strategies to optimize processes, enhance solutions, and improve productivity.
- Monitor product performance to ensure seamless operation and rapid incident resolution.
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of objectives.
- Analyze customer needs, identify challenges, and provide tailored solutions.
- Investigate technical issues, identify solutions, provide feedback, and escalate when needed.
- Collaborate with Product, DevOps, R&D, and Business Tech Leads to drive operational efficiency.
- Lead business and technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an Professional Services/Operations/Technical Support Engineer Team Leader.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Experience with HTML and JavaScript.
- Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team of professional services engineers.
- Strong understanding of website development tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS).
- Ability to lead business discussions, present performance trends, and align goals with customers.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to dive deep into complex issues and determine root causes.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, metrics, and performance evaluation.
- Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
