This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder at electron-go, located in Tel Aviv District, Israel, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The Co-Founder will be responsible for shaping and driving the strategic vision of the company, overseeing daily operations, leading sales and marketing efforts, conducting in-depth research, and analyzing market trends. Additionally, the Co-Founder will be involved in high-level decision-making and stakeholder communication.

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Sales and Marketing strategies
• Proficient in Conducting Research and market analysis
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work effectively in both in-office and remote settings
• Prior startup experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
