Assistant Controller

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a highly motivated top talent to join our finance department as an assistant controller and play a significant role in the company’s finance organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Play a key role in the month-end, quarter and year-end closing process.
• Assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize the protection of the company's assets, policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Work with the Company's external auditors on quarterly reviews, annual audits and local tax and statutory requirements.
• Undertake ad-hoc corporate financial tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• CPA with 0-2 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a university or a leading college - must
• Excellent English (writing and speaking) - must
• Background from one of the BIG 4 high-tech audit departments – an advantage
• Fast learner
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and service orientation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and extensive working hours as needed, in a fast-paced and changing environment
