THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a bright Product Manager to join IL MAKIAGE and build our best-in-class products.
In this role, you will define a product strategy and deliver innovative features that drive conversion, retention, and engagement of our millions of users.
You will focus on improving current products, as well as building and launching new
products, procedures and integrations, to enable and support the company’s
massive growth.
You’ll become a domain expert, gaining in-depth knowledge of IL MAKIAGE users, products, design, and culture.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps that span across the whole organization to drive engagement, conversion and retention and deliver constant growth.
- Create a bold vision for digital products, identifying forward-thinking opportunities that will ensure IL MAKIAGE remains the #1 online DTC beauty brand in the US.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (engineering, design, QA), manage the product roadmap for new products and features, including sprint planning and execution.
- Work closely with stakeholders across online marketing, growth, customer service, brand and operations to maintain and continually enhance our product and offering to meet our evolving business requirements.
- Translate business goals into actionable product goals, break projects into attainable milestones and lead your cross-functional teams to achievethose milestones.
- Define, monitor and measure success of features launched to optimize revenue and conversion
WHO YOU ARE
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of prior experience in Product Manager roles within B2C companies
- Hands-on, initiator, hard worker with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Impact-driven, user and business oriented with passion for developing products that people love
- Smart, highly strategic and analytical coupled with excellence in execution
- Strong time management skills - ability to consistently meet deadlines, define timetables, balance multiple priorities, and manage projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
- Self-organized, process driven and can drive a project from start to finish with multiple stakeholders
- Strong English speaker
