R&D Project Manager

Natasha Denona, a leading international makeup company, is looking for an R&D Manager to join our dynamic Research and Development team. In this role, you will lead technological and product innovation projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery of projects from concept to market launch.

Day to day:

✨Lead and manage R&D projects, coordinating with teams in R&D, marketing, production, and finance.

✨Work closely with engineers, scientists, and designers to bring innovations to market.

✨Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial planning, ensuring proper resource allocation.

✨Analyze risks and develop risk management strategies for each project.

✨Oversee project timelines and track progress against work plans.

✨Maintain continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders involved in projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in R&D project management, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday, Priority).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, team player.
• Proficiency in English both written and spoken - must
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
