Senior Frontend Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a frontend development team (7 developers + 4 QA) while providing technical guidance to additional teams.
• Define and shape system architecture, making key technical decisions to enhance performance and scalability.
• Provide architectural guidance, oversee design processes, and establish best coding practices.
• Mentor and train junior developers, fostering a culture of growth and technical excellence.
• Drive system improvements, scalability efforts, and production support.
• Work closely with the group’s architect to refine and enhance system architecture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Angular(12+), JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• 3+ years of experience in technical leadership, including managing and mentoring development teams.
• Expertise in architectural design, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and research skills for handling complex systems.
• Experience working with high-scale companies and enterprise applications.
