Senior Project Manager

An experienced Project Manager for software development projects will join our management team.

The role requires experience in client management and leading cross-organizational technology projects, planning and executing processes, and ongoing management of development teams, while ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.

• The ideal candidate will know how to combine technical and managerial capabilities, with experience in leading technology projects in a dynamic environment.

Client management, with all that this implies – PNL management, maintaining current activity and expanding activity.

Leading technological projects from the characterization stage to delivery, including planning, writing characterization documents, execution and monitoring the progress of the project.

Qualifications

Experience in supplier-side project management - required

Experience in financial project management - required

Development and maintenance of detailed work plans, including defining goals, milestones and schedules.

Identification and management of project risks, including developing backup plans and creative solutions to challenges.

Providing support and guidance to project teams, including managing conflicts and maintaining high motivation.

• Advantageous training in the financial field - accounting, economics, etc.
